VARCHi design + build is an architectural practice based in Trinidad and Tobago. The firm operates throughout CARICOM and is led by internationally trained and registered Architect Vincent P. Sabga R.A. 165. Since inception, the firm has successfully completed a range of residential, commercial, hospitality, and entertainment-based projects, all delivered within budget and to the highest level of our clients' satisfaction.

Vincent's education in Architecture and Urban Planning found him studying in the United Kingdom (Bristol), Italy (Milan), and the USA (Boston), training under some of the most renowned space and urban planners internationally. He brings dynamic and efficient spatial planning to the industry and offers this as a cost-effective and design-oriented value proposition to all of his clients.

Strengthening its full-service design-build capability, VARCHi holds a controlling interest in eyescream Animation, JAIDS Interiors, and EMSAB Consulting Engineers, a legacy firm established in 1967 with a proven track record of several hundred completed projects throughout the Caribbean.

A high-energy craft brewery and restaurant concept spanning multiple locations across Trinidad. VARCHi designed the architectural identity for Tommy's, creating an industrial-meets-tropical aesthetic with exposed materials, open brewing areas, and vibrant communal dining spaces. The design balances the raw energy of a brewhouse with a welcoming Caribbean atmosphere.
